Refuting:
the hadith is rejected by many scholars:
Ahmad ibn Hanbal: weak
Ibn Ma'in: weak
Al Nasa'i: weak
Abu Hatim: weak
Ibn Saad: weak
Ibn Hibban: weak
Weakend by Al-Nasa’i here along with Ibn Maen. And kind of weakened by Ahmad
Kitab Al-Du’afa wal Matrukēn page 242
And Ibn ‘Adi also
Weakened by Ibn Hibban (for putting him in his book for weak narrators)
and he quotes Yahya b. Maen calling him daif
Another hadith for this can be found in musnad ahmed 16245
However there is a problem in the matn as the hadith is mutarib because the narrator says or
this means they have no hujjah in it
A similar logic is applied here with ibn hajar in fathul bari
Another report is found in tarikh dimash ibn askar 13/223 but it contains yehia bin ya’la and
there is a consensus that he is weak Shi’a narrator
[Tāhzīb āl kāmāl fī āsmāā āl rījāl v:32 p:50 h:6951]
And finally the prophet sucking on his p£his
Kaboos bin zubyan is in the chain is he da’if (weak narrator) ?
Translation: “Kabus bin zubyan is weak no one can take narrations from him”

first person on page number 459
Second narration in al-bayhaqui sunans
This hadith contains ابن أبى ليلى is he da’if (weak narrator)
Translation: “Ibn abi laila was a very poor memorizer most ahlul ilm left his hadith and do not
take from him as he is da’if (weak narrator)”
-Source: Syar aalam al-nubalaa volume 6 page number 311 person number 133 by name (ibn abi laila)
In tarikh dimashk:
The hadith contains اليمان بن سعيد المصيصي is da’if (weak narrator) ?
Translation: “Al-yamam bin sa’id other name is da’if al-hadith (weak narrator)”
-Source: Al-Dua’fa w al-matrukin al-darakutni page number 407 person number 609 by name (yamam bin sa’id)
The narration has been quoted with one or more chains of narrators by
al-Tabarani[1], al-Bayhaqi[2], Diya al-Maqdisi[3], Ibn Abi al-Dunya[4], Tammam al-Razi[5], Khatib al-Baghdadi,[6] and Ibn Asakir al-Dimashqi.[7]
Except for al-Bayhaqi and Tammam al-Razi, the isnad (chain of narrators) given by the rest includes
Qabus bin Abi Zayban who has been graded as a weak narrator.
Ibn Sa’d said about him: “There is weakness in him and he is not to be sought evidence with.”[8]
Abu Hatim said: “He is not to be sought evidence with.”[9]
Al-Nasa‘i said: “He is not strong.”[10]
Al-Daraqutni said: “He is da’if [weak].[11]
For this reason al-Nawawi (d. 676 AH)[12] and Ibn Hajar (d. 852 AH)[13] termed this report as da’if.
Moreover, the chains given by al-Khatib and Ibn Asakir include, besides Qabus, another narrator, Muhammad bin Mazid bin Abi al-Azhar.
This narrator is recognized as a liar and a forger.[14] After giving the narration, al-Khatib al-Baghdadi states:
This hadith is a fabrication in both its chain of narrators and its content.[15
